The New Ronin TMNT Team Get Older


The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles have been a beloved part of pop culture for over three decades. In recent years, the franchise has seen a resurgence with a new comic book series, The Last Ronin. One of the most anticipated releases is the sequel/prequel series to The Last Ronin, titled The Last Ronin Lost Years. The third issue of the series is set to release soon, and the creators have given fans a sneak peek at what's to come.



In the first issue of The Last Ronin Lost Years, we were introduced to a new team of turtles as toddlers. In the recently released teaser image for issue number three, we see the turtles a little older. According to the artist Ben Bishop's Instagram, the turtles are around nine years old in this picture. They are well on their way to becoming the TEENAGE Mutant Ninja Turtles.


They appear to be wearing upgraded gear, hinting at their growth and development over the course of the series.

The Last Ronin Lost Years is a five-issue run, and by the end of it, we can expect the turtles to officially become teenagers.
